Q: "Do you carry ALL makes
and styles of wigs available in the USA?"
A: Yes.
ANY wig or hair product that is available in stores or on other web
sites is available through us.
Q: "Do you have a catalogue/s?"
A: Because
we offer all manufacturer's products we don't have a catalogue of our
own to send out and because manufacturers don't sent out catalogues
in quantity to distributors we are unable to send you their catalogues.
Q: "What is your return policy?"
A: We guarantee
your satisfaction on all wig purchases unless the particular wig manufacturer
will not allow returns. All wigs must be returned in perfect condition
within 10 days of original invoice. Return in original condition, not
brushed, worn, styled, all tags and in original packaging. There is
a $15 restocking fee and loss of shipping/handling fees on all returns.
Q: "How do I know what size of wig to order?"
A: To find
out what size your head is measure ear to ear, and then also around
your head above ears across hair line on top/front of head and around
the back at the nape of your neck. A petite measures 12 7/8 -13"
from ear to ear. Front to back- 13 3/8", circumference- 21".
Petite/Average measures as follows: 13 1/4" from ear to ear. Front
to back- 13 5/8 - 13 7/8", circumference- 21 1/4". Average
measures as follows: 13 3/8" from ear to ear. Front to back- 14
- 14 1/4", circumference- 21 1/2". You
